Brian P. Sales, MPS Brian brings almost twenty years of youth development experience as a former director of several mentoring programs, a federally funded, runaway, homeless youth and transitional living program, and college access programs for first-generation students. Brian’s career has been dedicated towards improving the lives of youth and the organizations that serve them. As a Senior Consultant for the Mentoring Children of Prisoners and Caregiver’s Choice contracts, among others, Brian will lend his experience in training, technical assistance, organizational collaboration and capacity building to grantees. His knowledge of national mentoring programs and practices allow him to assist organizations by providing knowledge through relationship building and customer service. Brian created and led a network of mentoring service providers, meeting monthly to share best practices resulting in increased knowledge, improved communication between organizations and overall service delivery in the metropolitan area of Washington, D.C. Brian graduated from Hobart College with Bachelors degree in History (Honors) and a Masters degree in Africana studies at Cornell University. He has completed graduate coursework in Human Resources at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. He lives with his family in Northern Virginia.
