Alicia Kadesch, MS
Consultant

Alicia’s wide range of experience has provided exceptional consulting skill to the DMT team. Her work at US Army Headquarter level, in organizational development, in various youth related mentoring programs, and in organizing community events strengthens DMT’s contribution to our clients.

As a consultant, Alicia has been pivotal in a number of DMT projects. She provides training and technical assistance to grantees of the Compassion Capital Fund. As a Demonstration Program lead for the CCF National Resource Center, Alicia develops and delivers training, assists in strategic planning, analyzing grantee needs, and encouraging a community of practice. Alicia is continually providing technical assistance to CCF grantees whether by phone or on site visits. Not only has she assisted in the development of resources for the NRC, Alicia contributes to the continual enhancement of the CCF website. She coordinates several training events ranging from regional workshops to over 450 person events for the Mentoring Children of Prisoners and Compassion Capital Fund. This year she also worked as the consultant on a process improvement project for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

Alicia is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She earned her Master of Science in organization development and knowledge management from the School of Public Policy, George Mason University. Alicia fondly calls herself a “military brat” and has lived in Europe, Asia, and across the United States. When she is not busy planning an event for her local Florida Alumni Association Club, Alicia enjoys volunteering, dining at local restaurants, and attending sporting events.
