Gretchen Ulrich, MA
Senior Analyst

Gretchen’s twelve years of experience in business and not-for-profit companies includes leadership and development of e-learning programs, education and technology, project management and instructional design. She has succeeded in designing next generation e-learning architecture and production processes for the purpose of building reusable, scalable and high-quality learning objects. This experience combined with Gretchen’s enthusiasm for building teams, nurturing talent and managing resources allows her to achieve strategic goals while focusing on quality delivery.

At Dare Mighty Things, Inc., Gretchen manages web and e-learning product initiatives to support clients in meeting their continuing education, training and community building objectives. She is responsible for overseeing the production of all course collateral for both classroom and virtual instruction. Her experience managing diverse teams of media specialists, instructional designers, programmers, training hundreds of instructors and trainers in teaching with technology and working as a legislative assistant for a member of Congress makes her well suited for her challenging role at Dare Mighty Things, Inc.

Among her many career highlights, Gretchen has supported the launch of an e-learning MBA in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, China. Her MA in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Communication Technologies was earned while she attended the University of Colorado. She also holds a BA in History with a minor in Political Science and has completed language coursework from the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When not in the office, Gretchen can be found playing, pleading or picking up after her two kids.
