Jeff Lambert brings to DMT twenty years of experience designing innovative training programs aimed at educating and motivating participants. He is an energetic leader, committed to using training experiences to inspire individuals to excel.

As a consultant for the National ChalleNGe Institute, Jeff provides technical assistance at client sites across the country and contributes to the development and delivery of training events. He is a seasoned instructor, certified to teach more than sixty different courses.

Jeff developed curriculum and plans for the Field Training Program that provides the initial basic training for over 50,000 Air Force recruits each year. He has contributed skills to the assessment of training needs and development of training courses, as well as lending his expertise to the training and evaluation of peer instructors.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in education and has received an MBA with a concentration in human resources. He spends his "extra" time with his wife and his two children, seeing all that the great northeast has to offer.
