Kelly Belmonte Kelly’s two decades of experience in the high-tech world have included creating website design and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and developing new departments, teams, and training programs. A pioneer in the field of full text electronic publishing, she has seen consistent success in the areas of change management and business unit restructuring. As a senior project manager for the DMT Youth and Family Programs Practice, Kelly supports senior management by developing long range strategic planning recommendations and implementing initiatives that have long term, large scale impact on Portsmouth Practice client engagements. She also designs and develops high-profile events for client program leadership, with an emphasis on strategic skills training and sharing of best practices. With an abiding passion for the written word, Kelly is often seen about the office with a red pen in hand. A published poet, she has extended her writing and editing skills to encompass a variety of projects, from telesales scripts and marketing copy to white papers and journal articles. She has served as managing editor for numerous benchmarking studies as well as the National ChalleNGe Institute course catalog. Kelly graduated from Gordon College with a BA in English literature and is currently pursuing a MS in Project Management from New England College. She enjoys peek-a-boo, hide-and-seek, and many other games that make her son laugh. Kelly also can be found playing basketball, swimming, gardening, reading murder mysteries, conducting writing workshops, or taking walks with her husband Kevin, son Samuel, and two dogs, Fly and BlackJack.
