Randall Conrad As a senior consultant for the National ChalleNGe Institute, Randy manages and delivers a wide array of course offerings geared toward enhancing each component of the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program. Randy works closely with fellow trainers, the instructional systems design staff, and the event staff to ensure each course with which he is involved is a comfortable, rewarding learning experience for all participants. Randy’s career includes tours as a law enforcement specialist, emergency medical technician (EMT) and professional military education specialist. He has earned distinct honor as a hand-selected liaison with the French Secret Service, The Korean National Police, and as a relief commander in the San Antonio Armed Forces Police. As an EMT, his skilled expertise was rewarded through his first instructional position, teaching doctors and nurses in field medical trauma. He was selected for the prestigious position as an instructor at the NCO Academy, one of twelve military academies for leadership and management, leading to his selection to run the Airman Leadership School at Goodfellow Air Force Base. Randy holds a BS in management, three AS degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, and is a nationally certified Occupational Instructor. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a specialty in Public Administration, from the University of Phoenix.
