Vi Huynh

Vi’s career has focused on working with disadvantaged populations and community based organizations. As a previous direct service provider, analyst, and project manager for workforce development programs he has served youth and families in need by improving program services, organizational development, and performance management. He has facilitated trainings on federal grants management, labor market systems, and workforce programs. Vi has over 8 years of experience working collaboratively with the public and private sector to improve social service programs.

As a consultant at Dare Mighty Things, Vi assesses grantee needs and potential performance issues, creating technical assistance strategies and products to meet those needs. As the lead consultant on the Communities Empowering Youth program, he coordinates the design and delivery of training and technical assistance to more than 130 grant funded organizations.

Vi earned his BA in Criminology at The University of Maryland at College Park. His passions include fishing, tennis, and cooking. Vi and his wife Laura live in Northern Virginia.
